Fix authenticated PING before connect with Redis Sentinel #448

PING before reconnect now no longer executes AUTH when connecting a Redis Sentinel node but only a PING. Redis Sentinel does not provide authentication which causes AUTH to fail.

Extract PING command supplier from initializers into ConnectionBuilder so the connecting method can decide over the PING method. Connecting no longer issues an additional AUTH command if PING before connect is enabled.
