Deprecate ModelsToArrayTransformer::$choiceList (#4284)

The constructor was modified to simulate a new signature with 2 arguments,
and keep the old 3 arguments signature
Updated call to `ModelsToArrayTransformer::__construct()` in `ModelType`
to use new signature.
