[BUGFIX] Serialization of Closure is not allowed (#1251)

getHash thrown an exception during serialization of $this->variables.
Exception thrown in file Classes/View/ViewContext.php in line 249.

If using a flux:form:custom element then a \Closure object is stored in the array of $this->variables,
which throws an error on serialization.
