Add tests for modifying a Repository's CryptoConfiguration.

In order to get these tests to pass, this also adds "reencryption" logic
whereby the contents of the repository are re-encrypted with the new
parameters. Without this logic, we would fail to open the repository on
the next attempt, even with the correct master password.
