Application configuration in DB

- corrected application.properties (Spring active profiles)
- corrected building Equals and hashCode
- renamed time configuration items (added suffix "Sec"): ohf.asynch.confirmation.interval -> ohf.asynch.confirmation.intervalSec
- added auto-registration of custom converters
- changed time conf. items from Integer to Seconds (ConfigurationItem<Seconds>)
- changed several DAO methods from Integer to Seconds
- renamed table configuration -> configuration_item
- I moved conversion functionality to org.openhubframework.openhub.common.converter package and left DataTypeEnum as simple enum of data types for GUI editor
- I deleted org.openhubframework.openhub.core.confcheck.ConfigurationException and replace it by ConfigurationItemException (extends ValidationIntegrationException). Finally I renamed it to ConfigurationException
