* (feat): Functional test suite

* (fix): Remove cruft

* (fix): Only run unit tests first and use built executable in int tests

* (fix): Update tests based on travis executions.

Travis uses docker to run the tests and it's hard to do
log comparisons for endpoint errors.  Skipping that error for now.

* (fix): Update test to add a skip on e2e test

* (fix): Updated as per rphillips's comments

* Generate certs per execution instead of having them as testdata files

* (fix): Add unit tests for utils/test.go

* (fix): Remove unnecessary call to rackspace-poller exec
