Unify production/staging deployment

I'm choosing to use a single script to test the deployment that checks
the TRAVIS_BRANCH environment variable rather than using different
.travis.yml files on the develop and master branches.

Primarily because the private key is too large to store encrypted in
.travis.yml via "travis encrypt", so we would be required to use global
repo settings anyway.

Secondarily, I'm not sure I want to risk accidentally overwriting
branch-specific portions of .travis.yml during merges.  Specifically
because the encrypted environment variables have their name obfuscated
that one cannot determine which environment variable corresponds to each
line (without adding additional comments).
