* Add Elixir 1.4 to the text matrix.

Now that @tchoutri has fixed the existing 1.4 warnings (thank you!), let's keep it going.

* Fix a few Elixir 1.4 bareword warnings.

* When compiling old Ecto code with new Elixir (1.4.x), disable warnings-as-errors.

* D'oh. Pattern match fail wasn't handled.
