Now nested is supported no need to indicate the
wrong interface anymore. The real MAC will be
used instead of attached-mac.

In order to get the correct mac info in case of neutron
without agent inside VM, this patch introduces a neutron
flow enhancer which leverages metadata provided by the
neutron probe.
