[BUGFIX] Fix column collapsing (#1282)

The new HTML output, wraps the flux-grid table with a div container <div class="t3-grid-container">..</div>. The old fluxCollapse.js then didn't found the tabele with the .flux-grid class.

fluxCollpase.js was modified for the use with jQuery and the ext JS dependency has been removed so that it can also be used in TYPO3 8.

New js cookie management, because the cookie handling was used form the Ext JS framework.
Remove unessesary legacy javascript file.
