USB descriptor parsing & hashing improvements

 - Use USB descriptor parser hooks interface instead of callback
   functions.
 - Don't hash the whole descriptor blob at once, instead update
   the device hash after parsing each descriptor. This allows
   implementing exceptions in the device hash computation (i.e.
   modifying the data before hashing, based on the contents of
   a particular descriptor)
