Commit Message

Add '-Og' for optimize when building "Debug"

GCC 6.3.1 did not like '-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE' without optimization. This
adds some small optimization suitable for debug.

Fixes #124. According to http://stackoverflow.com/questions/41009455/fortify-source-and-og-optimization-level
'-Og' should set optimization and thus silensing the warning.
