Commit Message

Refactor path-finding, add important fixes.

Added new extern for path-finding.  Removed exception probagation to
reduce overhead on the frequently called functions.

Fixed Dijkstra.get_path method.

Path-finding classes now use constructor classmethods instead of their
regular constructor.
