Fix parsing of strict arrays

While ECMA arrays contain script data objects (name-value pairs), strict
arrays contain only a fixed number of values. The spec is misleading
about this, but both ffmpeg and GStreamer handle it like that and so do
files in the wild, e.g. http://streams.videolan.org/samples/FLV/undetectable1.flv
