Commit Message

Added tslint-config and fix reported problems (#14)

- Used 'tslint-config-standard' with some additional custom rules
- Added 'tslint' as npm-script
- Configured 'npm run tslint' to run along with 'npm test'
- Added compiler-parameter "--noUnusedLocals" in npm-scripts
- Adapted '.editorconfig'-file to tslint-config (indent = 4 spaces)
- Fixed errors detected by tslint.
   This sadly means that almost all files are touched in this commit, with mostly white-space changes
   In the future, this will hopefully not happen anymore

The tslint-config extends 'tslint-config-standard',
which seems to be the most-popular base-configuration for tslint.
This commit touches almost every file in the project, because of indentation and white-spaces.
I hope, this does not happen again, since the linting is run along with the tests.
