This fixes a problem in designspaces with a mapped axis.
When inserting masters the location needed to be bent before the bias was subtracted.
- mutator.getInstance needs a bent location.
- mutator.makeInstance needs a user space location.

Adds a test to ufo/test.py that tests the input and output values of the bender object, and then also applied in a mutator.
