Major changes to variable handling
Variable are now available without the `$this` pseudo-variable.
Section functions have been moved to a new Section extension.
Sections no longer render to template variables, but instead are now available via a new `$this->section()` function.
Added new engine methods (make and render) to make usage of Plates easier in apps, especially when using dependency injection.
