Cambiar de pagina con Redux #6

nuevo reducer: page se encarga de controlar el string que decide que
pagina renderizar. Por ahora hay dos posibles valores: NEW_FACTURA_PAGE
y FACTURA_LIST_PAGE. Este reducer responde al nuevo action
CAMBIAR_PAGE_ACTION.

Los reducers factura y productos fueron eliminados.
