Fix "salmon algorithm" to work for trains that don't go all the way to destination

Sometimes the PITT-SFIA train stops at 24TH street to turn back around quicker. The algorithm when it was trying to devine routes from ETDs
didn't handle this so certain tests were failing. These tests are now passing, plus previous tests now include these types of trains in their
results.

Also looks like the JSON data when there was only a single ETD for a train, didn't wrap it in an array so now there's a forceArray helper.
