[#99] Add module with spring boot starter

This allows the auto-configuration of Liquigraph in the 3 following
situations:

 - single DataSource bean
 - multiple DataSource, qualification with `@LiquigraphDataSource`
 - exposed `liquigraph.*` properties (url,user,password)
