Fix test failures on 32bit armv6l.

If a bareword number is outside of that platforms int range perl
will store it as a floating point (NV). This then (at least on
32-bit arm) causes any value compared against it to be coerced
into a NV, cauing to_javabin to serialise it as a floating point
value and not an int, thus the test would fail.
