Improve sliding admission window; remove infinispan

The sliding window appears to work better when adapting. It does well
on large and small recency-skewed workloads. It also does not degrade
on frequency-skewed traces. It seemed to adapt when the workload
changed, e.g. sprite.trace -> gli.trace, so the window size isn't biased
or sticky.

Infinispan 9.0 has adopted Caffeine for its in-memory container. Their
previous containers were deleted ("new" and "old") during the migration.
Dropped the integration since there is nothing to compare against.
