Big batch of updates for 0.9

- Remove error event in preparation for UPDATE event
- Emit update event on the channel when channel attach received without resume
- Allow auth failures to be passed back up to the connection manager and handled with retries instead of a FAILED connection
- Add resumed attribute to ChannelStateChanged
- Add support for ChannelEvent as well as ChannelState
- Improved comparability of Enums by symbol value when possible to allow ChannelEvent.state == ChannelState.state

New specs: RTL12, TH1, TH2, TH3, TH4, TR4i
