Adding xdrip offline support (#286)

* Update oref0-setup.sh

Added xDripAPS as CGM option plus steps to install and configure

* Added "monitor-xdrip" alias

* Added "xdrip/glucose.json" report

* Added "xdrip" device

* Fixed syntax issue

* Added missing escape characters

Added missing escape characters on "cmd" field of "xdrip" device

* Add cron entry to start xDripAPS

If xdrip is specified as the CGM source, add a cron entry to start xDripAPS on reboot.

* Changed directory that xDripAPS is cloned into

Now cloning xDripAPS repo into $HOME/.xDripAPS so directory is not generally visible to the user.

* Create directory for xDripAPS DB

Added command to create .xDripAPS_data directory
Fixed path in cron entry for xDripAPS

* Adding xdrip-cgm.json

* typofix
