Assertions now throw trellis errors as well

By using custom Assert/Assertion classes instead of the original
beberlei/assert classes we now use our own exceptions and thus users
of trellis should be able to catch all trellis related exceptions via
``catch (ErrorInterface $trellis_error)``.
