Commit Message

Rename protocol class and schema functions.

No functional change. This will enable a more "truthful" API, and closer
to the Avro spec's terminology. The (previously-called) protocols don't
really have schemas in the same way types do. Rather they are RPC
interfaces, i.e. services now, and the schema "equivalent" for them is a
protocol.
