A bunch of changes preparing for a release.

- Moved from vendor/bower to bower_components.
- Changed module style to be imports at the top, exports at the bottom.
- Removed the need to findNestedDependencies.
- Corrected Mocha tests to adhere to the other implementations.
- Completely removed Compress task.
- Better default configuration for templates.
