Feature/johnathanvidu support template versions (#115)

* added new command - show

* updated history.rst with the new show command

* Fixed the raised exception on show command to ClickException instead of Abort in order to display the error to the user and not just abort execution

* refactor show command: extracted a class that handles retrieving versions of a template

* added support for creating new shell from specific version

* added validation when using 'new' command with invalid version

* fixed failing test due to diffreneces from local environment and travis environment

* Bump version: 0.0.44 → 0.1.0

* fixed typo

* added tests for 'new' command
