drop and cleanup temporary files for 7z/ace/rar if needed #7 (thanks mak)

Allows one to use the sflock.unpack() API endpoint with an in-memory
buffer rather than having to drop a file to disk manually. Thanks to
mak` for suggesting this feature / reporting this bug.
