eventpage consistent language and errors (#169)

* replace errors in date_range.rb with I18n reference to date_ranges.yml

* consistent and meaningful German in de.bootstrap.yml

* adapt events_controller for I18n.

* Refactor show.html.erb to conform with I18n standard.

* Refactor language and more I18n ymls

* refactor test and text that failed because of date_range_pickers nested nestedness

* event index page now shows capitalized workshop and camp string

* Add logic for Zeitspanne vs. Zeitspannen on show event page

* #144 is end

* revert last commit kinda

* refactor double quotes to single quotes, fix missing error on date_range, refactor naming in date_range errors
