ciao-storage noop: snapshot uuid's should be {uuid}@{uuid}

We are tightly integrated with ceph and it names snapshots as
{uuid}@{uuid}.  This is a handy nomenclature and helps differentiate
snapshots from regular volumes when looking at their uuid and should be
enforced across the code base.
