Enforce non-null future from async mapping functions

AsyncLoadingCache indicates that the future value is @Nonnull. This was
not always enforced if the user-supplied future was null. In that case
the null future was returned, violating this documented expectation.
This change strengthens the JavaDoc and asserts the behavior.
