Support Logo/Pdf customize (#3)

* app配下にpdfファイル、ロゴ画像が存在する場合は、優先的に読み込むよう修正。

* READMEの修正

* app/template配下のPDF&ロゴ画像を優先して読み込む対応。

* インストール時に、app/template/adminにロゴ画像ファイルをコピーする対応。

* ロゴ画像とPDFファイルのファイル名を、config.ymlに定数として定義するようにした。

* インストール時にpdfファイルもapp/templateにコピーする対応。

* 不要な行を削除。
