ciao-cli: fix misspell and goreportcard

Our https://goreportcard.com/report/github.com/01org/ciao has gone from
a perfect score to having one error.  Their misspell tool was noting:

ciao/ciao-cli/external-ips.go
Line 499: warning: found "priviledged" a misspelling of "privileged"
(misspell)

Maybe ours was not seeing it because it said "non-" in front?
