Commit Message

Inject next parameter into return_to_args of OpenID auth request.

Prior to this commit the ?next=/path parameter is dropped by the
accounts/openid/login view and not passed to the OpenID provider.
This commit passes the hidden next argument in the web form through
the return_to_args dictionary of auth_request.
