- added exercise endpoint to the web api
- added tests for the exercises
- added tests for the textbook api endpoint
- updated database fixture in conftest.py to use yield_fixture
- added Exercise model to models
- added exercises table and bulk insert data to database migration script
- added model serializer for the exercise api
- added host env config to wsgi.py for running the app
- updated a couple docstrings for clarity
