chore(refactor): update boilerplate, refactor

1) drop node < v4 support; 2) drop callback api - make it promise returning; 3) introduce options as

second argument, instead of boolean for local - pass opts.local:true; 4) introduce opts.cwd option

BREAKING CHANGE: requires node >= 4; drop callback api - now is promise returning; expose .sync
