ES 5.X specific handling (#334)

* Fix for issue as fielddata is not set as default

nxparse.py: fileddata : true is being set at mapping

(*Note: string fields is being depricated by text and keyword at ES 5.0)

* Added handling for ES 5.X with ES5_ENABLE flag

nxapi/nxparse.py: Currently Checks ES5_ENABLE flag and set the mapping
accordingly, ttl is not being set for now as its needs to be set at
index level and need discussion

* Removed Invalid ttl set

nxparse.py: Invalid ttl set in actions is removed

* ES version is being fetched from config

nxapi/nxapi/nxparse.py: Getting the ES version from the config
nxapi/nxtool.py: specify version 5 while using with ES 5.X

* Get ES version using elasticsearch-py

nxapi/nxapi/nxparse.py: No need to check None value, version has to be
there
nxapi/nxtool.py: Try to get ES version using client, if failed get it
from conf

* ES5.x specific handling (currently same as ES 2.X)

nxapi/nxapi/nxtransform.py: added ES 5 check along with ES 2
