ansible: Use ovmf code shipped by the distro

ciao package for ubuntu and fedora now includes the optimized OVMF.fd
bios from clearlinux which provides faster boot times than those shipped
in ovmf/edk2-ovmf packages for ubuntu/fedora respectively.
