ciao-cli: go rename instance volume subargs to be more unique

I'm preparing some tests and worry that while the code in instance.go is
not exported and is "visually" local to that file, it is actually global
to the ciao-cli main package.  At some point we may implement similar
code for other functionality and it should not collide.  Especially with
simply named test functions for the old simply named helper function
names, a collision is more likely.
