Expose options for axis sharing between subplots (#1148)

* Expose options for axis sharing between subplots to the initialization method of FacetGrid. We need this to plot a grid of polar axes.
Polar axes have an aspect ratio of 1 and are "box"-adjustable rather than "datalim"-adjustable.
"box"-adjustable axes cannot be shared. Therefore we need the ability to turn off axes sharing.

* Added test for polar plots in a FacetGrid

* Added what's new line on axes sharing and polar plots.
