Splitting out engine/cassandra start scripts (#755)

* Splitting out engine/cassandra start scripts

Start Grakn Engine and Cassandra independently.
Set GRAKN_HOME and remove stray dirnames.
This should work with symlinks to the scripts/dirs.
Define GRAKN_HOME manually if starting still fails with symlinks.

* Removing more stray dirnames

Replace with GRAKN_HOME
