feat(templates): use @jstransformers for templating

With that we adds:
1) support for hundreds of template engines through using JSTransformers API;
2) allow passing custom opts.render function, which is synchronous, so you should return rendered string
3) bump dateformat to v2
4) add few more helpers to the locals - toCamelCase, toUpperCase, toLowerCase and ucFirst
