deadline is hardcoded for the moment due to strong dependencies on #18

* document after_deadline? function #12

* remove unused id

* add view tests for #12, needs to updated if #18 is solved

* add deadline to event

* correct deadline to use event.application_deadline #12

* add tests and factories for application deadline #12

* add application_deadline to seeds #12

* add db schema so travis is happy

* model verification for deadline, is skipped if status or grade are changed #12

* grade is not changed by organizators, correct tests
