Commit Message

Adding PIRHoistParfors to control whether loop invariant computations are hoisted out of parfor bodies into parfor pre-statements.  This is still experimental so it defaults to off.  PIRHoistParfors(true) to enable it.  Added to mmap, mmap\!, and parallel_for lowering to do the actual identification of loop invariants and subsequent insertion into pre-statements.
