Commit Message

[Refactor] Consolidate duplicate code between http.CallOneway and http.Call

Summary: Just some cleanup before I invert control for sending requests
back into a http.Peer.  Noticed these two functions had similar
functionality and only a couple differences.

This overrides https://github.com/yarpc/yarpc-go/pull/453
