Merge branch 'event-definition-vulnerability' into 'darga'

[5.6.z] Prohibit the importing of projected event definitions

All projected event definitions are system-defined, which is important
since `BottleneckEvent` does `eval`s on the messages defined in the
configuration. Since only projected events have `definition`
attributes (which is where messages are defined) present, removing any
definition attributes from the hash should suffice.
