Mappings overhaul (#49)

* refactor(mappings): remove currency checking

Rely on the API as the single source of truth on what is a valid
currency and what is not.

* test(mappings): all types inside a set

Add tests for all supported types inside a set.

* fix(mappings): do not return value without mapping by default

Since we do not support a set of localized values and to prevent future
types in the API from breaking the importer check if the type has a
mapping function.

* docs(readme): add notice about localized set support
