[BUGFIX] Read icons of fluidcontent elements w/o fields (#1221)

Since TYPO3 only writes non NULL values to `tt_content.pi_flexform` when having at least one `<flux:field.*>` in the `fluidcontent` template configuration most of the fluidcontent element icons are missing in page and list module. Allowing NULL values of the FlexForm storage field solves the problem.
