OPSK-848 removed the mocked out singular blob data file methods

removed the temporary mocked out content_blob and content_blob= methods, and updated data_file unit and functional tests
some old behaviour, like explore and sample extraction, assumes the first content blob and new JIRA issues have been raised to fix those
